Staffing Technologies, Inc.'s Conductor Software has been extensively tested for Year 2000 compliance. Year 2000 compliant means that the Conductor Software is capable of processing date data information (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, including all leap year calculations, when used in accordance with the Conductor Software user manual and other supporting documentation, provided that all information, interfaces, and user and third-party add-on features, products or services, that interact with the Conductor Software (by way of illustration and not limitation, other software, firmware and hardware) are themselves capable of processing date data information from, into and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.

This Statement of Year 2000 Compliance is provided to Conductor Software end users solely as a courtesy for the purpose of assisting same in their planning for the transition to the Year 2000, and should not be considered to be a certification, guarantee or warranty regarding the year 2000, or otherwise extend the terms of any existing warranty. The warranties provided for the Conductor Software, if any, are set forth in the Conductor end user license agreement that accompanied the Conductor Software.
